The cleanliness was impeccable - probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even extending our stay in the same room. They were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist. Despite being located in the midst of Lloret's noisy hell, there was no noise from the street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including a well-equipped fitness room and a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast provided was of five-star standard with a plentiful variety of options, including seafood. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
